Clayton was founded in 1975 by a partnership between parents and school leaders seeking a solution for a community in need. That spirit of collaboration is still very much alive as we rely on essential partners like you to provide our enrichment programs to as many youth as possible.

As a nonprofit organization, Clayton depends on the generosity of individuals, businesses, and community partners to expand access to high-quality out-of-school-time programs. Your support directly impacts children by helping us:
• Provide scholarships to families in need
• Replace and upgrade learning technology
• Purchase supplies for hands-on projects
• Meet essential program and site needs
Every gift helps create safe, engaging spaces where children can thrive.
Clayton is committed to creating family-friendly after school communities that prepare children to become confident, competent, and caring adults who are prepared to live great lives.Â
Across the country, schools are facing heightened social, emotional, and academic needs. In response, Clayton has spent five years developing a trauma-informed learning framework and research-based after-school curriculum designed to build resilience and essential life skills. These programs help students succeed in the classroom, in relationships, and in their communities.
Clayton serves as the contracted before and after school program of choice for several school districts in Tarrant County. All programs are hosted on-campus, maximizing convenience for both students and families.
