Inclement Weather

Providing a safe environment for students is one of Clayton’s top priorities. Therefore, when weather conditions create potential hazards in traveling to our sites, we want our staff, students and families to remain safe.

CURRENT WEATHER-RELATED SCHOOL CLOSINGs

  • Crowley ISD – Closed Jan 9 and 10

  • Keller ISD – Closed Jan 9 and 10

  • Fort Worth ISD- Closed Jan 9 and 10

  • Birdville ISD – Closed Jan 9 and 10
  • Trinity Basin Preparatory – Closed Jan 9 and 10
  • Texas School of the Arts – Closed Jan 9 and 10

Other Clayton program closings

  • Child Development Center – One Safe Place – Closed Jan 9 and 10

  • Child Development Center –  Near Southside – Closed Jan 9 and 10

Inclement weather procedures align with partnering school districts:

  • If schools are closed, Clayton will close all programs. 
  • If schools have a delayed opening, Clayton will only offer afternoon programming.
  • If schools dismiss early, Clayton will not offer after school programs.
