The primary purpose of the Area Program Manager (APM) of Funded Programs is to plan, organize, coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of 5-8 out-of-school time programs. The Area Program Manager will support onsite staff in the development and implementation of program services at assigned school sites in accordance with agency, state and school district guidelines. The position will also be responsible for monitoring the health, risk and safety practices at each program. The APM will perform regular observations and data collection as related to agency and funder requirements, administrative compliance and life skills training competencies. The APM of Funded Programs will also assist in tracking all grant related data, preparing reports and communicating with funders and stakeholders.
