Overview

Clayton Youth Enrichment is currently recruiting After School Program Specialists for Fort Worth, Crowley and Keller.

Clayton is a before and after school youth enrichment program. We serve over 80 locations in the Fort Worth, Crowley, Keller and Birdville ISD.

Monday through Friday – 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Summary of Job Responsibilities

Clayton After School Care Specialists receive 40+ hours of training that equips them to plan and lead activities and offer experiences that help children learn new things, develop and maintain healthy relationships with adults and other children, and to support each child’s academic and personal success. This includes:

Leading small groups in structured academic enrichment activities
Supervising and guiding various “free choice” activities while children get snacks and unwind from the school day
Treating each child with dignity and respect no matter their cultural or socioeconomic background
Recording daily attendance and knowing the number, names, and age of children in their assigned groups at all times
Maintaining confidentiality of parents, children and staff
Attending staff meetings and agency training as required

Education/Experience

Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent required
No experience required – We will train you!

Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
