Each Experience Enhancer is guided by trained instructors and held in a safe, supportive setting. With multiple options available, these add-ons bring extra variety and learning opportunities to the camp day.

We understand that some families may choose not to have their camper participate in field trips. On those days, we ask that campers who are not attending the trip stay home for the day.
This is because Camp Clayton must follow specific staffing and safety guidelines when we are off campus, and we are unable to accommodate additional campers remaining on site. Thank you for your understanding as we work to keep everyone safe.
Yes! We provide each camper with two snacks every day — one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Families are just asked to pack a lunch for their camper to enjoy midday.
For most of our camps, families are asked to pack a lunch for their camper to enjoy mid-day. At our Clayton Child Development Center at Keller ISD camp site, families have the option to purchase a nutritious lunch for $20 per child per week during online registration. Click here for a sample menu.

Clayton field trips are a fun part of summer for our Adventure, STEAM, and Teen camps.
Field trips days are on specific days broken out by location and age. Our staff will provide an exact schedule closer to camp time. We provide t-shirts during the campers’ first week that we request they wear on field trip days.
Camps that are located on school premises are held in the gym, cafeteria, and classrooms.
