Welcome to Adventure Camp at Camp Clayton, the summer headquarters for Clayton Youth Enrichment, a leader in youth programming for nearly 50 years. If your child is looking for an adventure camp experience that blends a variety of outdoor activities with the excitement of sports camp activities, they’ll find the perfect mix of challenge, teamwork, and fun. A lifetime of adventure begins at Camp Clayton! GET STARTED

Adventure Camp is the perfect destination for kids aged 6-12 to dive into a world of outdoor fun! From boating, archery, and swimming to encounters with farm animals, every day is packed with fun. Campers explore on hiking trails, enjoy games in gyms, and compete in sand volleyball courts and gaga pits. With activities like team-building challenges, exciting field trips, and classic camp fun, they’ll create lasting memories and friendships. Campers are grouped as Explorers (ages 6-8) or Pathfinders (ages 9-12) to ensure a personalized adventure that inspires teamwork and a love for the outdoors.

Cost: $205/week Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Adventure Camp FAQs

What are the Adventure Camp hours?

Regular – 8:00a.m. – 4:00p.m.
Extended – 7:00a.m. – 6:00p.m. (additional fee)

Are snacks provided at the camp?

Yes, each camper is provided with two snacks! One in the morning and one in the afternoon. Parents are responsible for packing lunches.

Do I have to attend every week?

Parents can choose which weeks work best for their family! Some parents choose weeks based on the theme, field trip, camper interest, or family vacations.

What is the staff to camper ratio at Adventure Camp?

Adventure Camp (age 6-8): 1:8, (age 9-12): 1:10
